Maurizio`s in Morgan Hill

Found this gem in Morgan Hill. Dining to serving everything was top notch. Really good food!

Great food, well priced. Our family enjoyed lunch here and was shocked at how good every dish was. The salsiccia and marsala are recommended.

Nice friendly neighborhood restaurant. Pastas are always good. Love their seafood. Reasonable prices.

They serve big portions and for fair rates. helpful employees. Will visit again.

Pretty good food and decent prices. I did kind of have the feeling that I was in a retirement home. My guess is that this location is in a retirement community. I'd go back if I was ever in town again.

The food and service is always great. These is my go to restaurant when friends visit from out of town and for business meetings with people who enjoy good food.

I used to work in this piace long time ago ,2000 and 2002 now i live in Rome Italy and i am so glad Maurizio's has became one of the best restaurant in the bay area !Bravo Maurizio!

Best Italian ever. Try the pasta pear & cheese purses with Gorgonzola cream sauce. Order the bread pudding at the beginning of the meal (dessert first !) so they can get it ready for you.

The food was excellent. Our server (Sara) was great and was a lot of fun. The desert, lemon ice cream pie, was wonderful. We will be going back and hope we are lucky enough to get Sara again!

Tasty authentic food and excellent service

I first went next door to Noah's, where I waited for 10 minutes before walking out. At Maurizio's, I was warmly greeted and seated as soon as I walked in. The menu looked delicious, with lots of choices across appetizers, salads, and entrees. I ordered the Rolette di Parma, with house-made pasta rolled with cheese and prosciutto, and served with tomato cream sauce. It was tasty, although not as al dente as I would have liked. For $13, it was a fantastic value. They also served warm bread with roasted garlic in oil. I'm glad Noah's service was awful so I could give Maurizio's a try!

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always awesome and they keep the place clean consistently. Prices are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Plentiful, tasty Italian cuisine. Crisp, fresh salad. Lasagne with pulled pork was hearty and satisying. Nice wine selection. We all loved the lemon ice cream pie at the end.

We had a 7pm reservation on a Saturday night. The place was packed and we ended up having to wait outside for 20 minutes past our registration time. The staff brought out complimentary wine and turned on a gas heater for us, very nice of them. Our waitress was amazing, and we ultimately had some really incredible food. Great service.

I was really impressed by the food when I went there last. I had a cheese and meat stuffed pasta shell in a delicious vodka sauce and my wife had the sea bass special. The meal was a bit expensive but VERY good. Service was decent. Nothing special, nothing bad

Food is delicious & service is great! However, the bruschetta needs some help...some fresh garlic & basil. I would skip it & just eat the bread & garlic they give you, it's a lot better.

This is my go to place to eat in Morgan Hill. I have lived here almost 12 years and have NEVER had a bad dish here. Always really tasty fresh hot food. Great service too!

Wonderful food, friendly service, fair pricing. Great specials, nice wine selection. I've greatly enjoyed every visit. It can get busy on the weekends. No open wifi, which is a little weird these days. Parking can be a problem.

We were looking for dinner after a long drive from LA on our way to half moon bay . We were so happy we decided to take a break at Maurizio’s. The service was friendly and gracious. The polenta was unbelievable and don’t miss the frozen lemon pie, which is beyond fantastic. Sara our waitress was the best, and Daniel was a superb follow up

Very authentic Italian. The staff is incredible here. The waiter was so helpful. At some point he said don't worry about the menu, tell me what you want we will cook it. The food was impressive as well. I love the chicken pesto. My wife took the samon with pasta ( was not on the menu ). See the pics. I was bothered by the number of flies though. Not sure if it was a fluke but it was noticable.

The best Italian food I have ever been too. We've been eating here for at least 5 years and the quality is food is amazing, customer service is excellent and consistent. Maurizio's truly cares about its customers and I guarantee you without a doubt that this will be one of your favorite restaurants too! Give it a try, I promise you will truly enjoy and savor every bite!

The staff, Daniel, was very lively and friendly! First restaurant to visit since I landed here and I loved it.

First time at this restaurant. Lunch was delicious. I had the chicken marsala & my friend had Salmon & Ceasar salad. We split the meal. Salmon was very good. I have had better Ceasar dressing. Chicken was very tender, marsala sauce was excellent along with mushrooms & sundried tomatoes and al dente pasta. Plan to go there again. Had indoor & outdoor seating.

Best Italian food, complementary bread was baked freshly less than 5 mins before serving. Great taste and freshness in food.

Lots of choices here, and you're probably thinking "could there really be a solid Italian place in this town?" and if Maurizio's didn't exist I'd def tell you "no, go get a taco." But for once in your life it's your lucky day: saddle up your (likely white) Chevy Traverse or (likely red because you thought it was flashy but it's not, okay) Nissan Leaf and haul your loved one (or Tinder date you need to impress) over to Maurizio's. If I were you I'd get the burrata to start and then the tortellini for the follow up but you do you. Also, my wife says the wines are lit. I don't know what that means but she's hella smart.

Expected salad included with pasta I ordered. There was none. It would have been extra charge.
